Shipping & Handling
We have no minimum order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
All shipping and handling charges are extra and depend on weight, zone, and size. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $8.75 on any order plus $1.95 non-refundable processing fee. We ship by UPS, FedEx, Truck and U.S. Postal Service. Al’s Snowmobile reserves the right to choose the method of shipping.

- Truck Shipping for larger oversize and overweight items such as hoods, chassis, and complete machines, these must be shipped by truck. Truck shipping must also be shipped to a business address only, or extra fees will apply.
- Air Shipping can be done UPS or FedEx next day, second day, or three day delivery for an additional shipping and handling charge. Air freight shipments must be prepaid with a credit card. Al’s does not guarantee delivery times. Any disputes on delivery times are between the shipping company that was used, and the person who places the order. No refunds on Air Shipping will be made by Al’s Snowmobile.
- International Shipping must be prepaid by credit card or by sending a money order in advance, and must be in U.S. funds only. Please consult your local bank or post office for any additional duty/exchange rate charges.
- Refused Shipments
If you place an order and then refuse shipment you will be charged shipping costs to you and back to us, you will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. No orders will be processed for a customer who has an unpaid balance with us because of a refused shipment.

Returns
Most items may be returned within 10 days of receipt date, any item returned after 10 days will be for store credit only, provided it is in new condition with original packaging for new parts, or original condition for used parts, no returns after 30 days. All returns must be pre-authorized by an Al’s Snowmobile representative and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number, a return form, and the original invoice. You may obtain an RMA number by calling 802-334-7239 or contacting us at info@alssnowmobile.com. A restocking fee may apply to some returns. We will not accept anything returned to us COD. No returns on electrical parts (new or used), video’s, open gasket sets, windshields or helmets with plastic removed, anything that was special ordered, or any part that has been modified in any way.

Warranty
Most parts are satisfaction guaranteed for 10 days after the day of receipt. Al’s Snowmobile makes no warranty as to products sold by us, expressed or implied, including without any limitation any warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture or use of its products. Al’s Snowmobile accepts no liability for such damages and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Prices for parts and shipping subject to change, availability not guaranteed. Not responsible for printing errors.

Core Charges
All core parts (cranks, cylinders, clutches, motors, stators) returned for core refund must be returned within 30 days in order to receive any refunds. Core returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No refund after 30 days.
Brand Names
The use of brand names like Arctic Cat, Ski-doo, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, etc. is for reference purpose only. Al’s does not imply an association, legal or otherwise, with these companies.
